Drain, rinse and peel skin off of chickpeas in a food processor or blender. Add the chickpeas, pumpkin puree, tahini and spices.
Blend for a few seconds then scrape sides and blend again. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In a small sauce pan, add the avocado oil, minced garlic and fresh chopped sage.
Saute just for about 30 seconds and let cool. Add sage and garlic to the mixture and mix up quickly. Then service and garnish as you wish.
In a bowl combine the butter, lemon zest, dried thyme, rosemary and salt to taste. Mix and set aside. Spray the chicken with some avocado oil.
Season the chicken with salt, and take the lemon slices and place under the chicken skin. Take the butter mixture and rub all over the chicken. Season with lemon pepper and pepper to taste.
Add to a 430F Air Fryer and cook for 45 minutes, or until internal temperature is 165 degrees. Remove from air fryer and let rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
Preheat oven to 375F. Peel apples and then slice into 1/4 inch slices. Place apple slices into a bowl with 1 TBSP cinnamon, the vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Mix until combined. In a separate bowl combine the oats, almond flour, brown sugar, pinch of salt, 1 TBSP cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. Pour apples into a greased oven safe dish. Top the apples with the crumble topping.
Bake at 375F for about 30-40 minutes. Serve as is, or withs one fat free whipped cream or ice cream.
