Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Low fat, small curd, 2% Milkfat cottage cheese
  • 1 container Nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 4 tbsp. Fat free whipped topping
  • 2 tsp. Zero calorie sweetener

Directions

  1. Start by blending your cottage cheese. If you don't mind chunks in your yogurt bowl, you can skip this step.
  2. Once cottage cheese is blended, mix all ingredients together. Add whatever topping you like on your yogurt bowls (may be additional BITES, Calories, or Net Carbs, depending on your plan)!
