Turkey Sub Sliders

A quick and delicious lunch idea or back-to-school meal prep!

Ingredients

  • 9 Hawaiian Slider Buns
  • 15 slices Deli Turkey
  • 4 slices (thin)Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 large Slices of Lettuce
  • 1/2 Tomato (sliced)
  • 1/8 Onion (sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp Light Mayo
  • 2 Tbs Mustard

Directions

  1. First, place the bottom layer of bread, the turkey slices, and the cheese on a baking dish.
  2. Place in the oven just to slightly melt the cheese.
  3. Next, add the lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  4. Then drizzle the mayo and mustard on top.
  5. Place the remaining part of the buns on top.
