Add olive oil to a large skillet with ground turkey, and cook until no longer pink.
Add sliced onion and cut green beans. Sauté for five minutes then add crushed garlic. Sauté an additional two minutes.
For the sauce: Combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger paste, and red pepper flakes. Whisk together and add to the pan. Mix well; cover with a lid and simmer for about five minutes.
