Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 (optional) Red Onion
  • 4 slices Provolone
  • 4 Tortillas Topping (optional)
  • Hearts of Romaine

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, Worcestershire, and seasonings listed above.
  2. Divide the meat mixture into four equal parts. Take one-fourth of the meat and spread it onto a tortilla into a thin, even layer.
  3. Place the tortilla, meat side down, over high heat on a nonstick skillet or griddle and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes (or until fully cooked), then flip and top with cheese.
  4. Add your favorite toppings like lettuce and onion, and enjoy!
