Reese's Peanut Butter Pops

These Reese's pops are sweet and the center is so creamy. A perfect dessert for a cookout or a sweet midday snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. Swerve sweetener
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup. Sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut oil

Directions

  1. In a bowl Mix together the yogurt, peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 portions.
  4. Using the back of the spoon flatten your portions into disks.
  5. Place a popsicle stick in the center and cover with mixture.
  6. Place in the freezer for 2 or more hours until firm.
  7. In a double boiler or small sauce pan, melt coconut oil and sugar free chocolate chips.
  8. Dip your pops into the chocolate and Place back onto the baking sheet.
  9. Freeze for an additional 10-15 minutes until chocolate is solid.
