Start your morning with a stack of fluffy, protein-packed waffles! Perfect for fueling your day while keeping you on track.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Quick Oats
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Low-fat Cottage Cheese
  • Optional add-ins/toppings: fresh berries, chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Scoop the mixture into a waffle iron and let cook until desired consistency. I personally love mine crispy!
  3. Enjoy with fruit and/or syrup of your choice.
