Pizza on a weight loss journey? Yes, please! Plus, its packed with protein!

Serves
4 (1/4 of the pizza)

Ingredients

  • For the crust:
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup fat-free greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • For the toppings:
  • Marinara sauce
  • Shredded nonfat cheese
  • Pepperoni
  • Optional: Sliced onions or your choice of vegetables

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, garlic powder, and baking powder.
  3. Add in the Greek yogurt and start mixing together with your hands. *The dough may feel wet and sticky at first, but continue mixing with your hands until you form a smoother dough.
  4. Prep your baking sheet with parchment paper. (I used a pizza stone.)
  5. Place your dough on your prepared sheet and roll out until the desired thickness.
  6. Pre-bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Add your toppings and bake for another 12-14 mins.
