With whey protein, powdered peanut butter, and a smooth chocolate shell, they make an easy grab and go snack that keeps you energized and on track. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Stevia sweetened milk chocolate style baking chips
  • 2 scoops Vanilla milkshake 100% whey protein powder
  • 1/2 cups 90% Powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1/2 tbsp. Coconut oil

Directions

  1. Mix together powdered peanut butter and protein powder.
  2. Add water, a little bit at a time, until you get a dough-like consistency.
  3. Roll peanut butter mixture into 8 balls.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave at 30 second intervals until smooth.
  5. Dip peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate and coat.
  6. Place on wax paper and place in refrigerator or freezer for at lest 30 minutes until set.
  7. Feel free to sprinkle them with your favorite toppings to make them more beautiful!
