This recipe is simple and can really be versatile. Add more veggies or more protein. It can be whatever you make it to be! I love using Goodles pasta for the extra nutrition!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Goodles Loopdy-Loos Pasta
  • 32 oz. Marinara sauce
  • 2 tsp. Clean Monday Italian Seasoning
  • 3 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 oz. Turkey pepperoni
  • Add your choice of pizza toppings!
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese on top

Feel free to substitute cheese for a fat free or low fat version!

Directions

  1. Boil water and cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Add pasta, marinara sauce, cheese, pepperoni, onion, and Italian seasoning to a bowl mix well.
  3. Put into a 9x13 pan.
  4. Add remaining cheese.
  5. Cook covered for 25 minutes at 400 degrees and 5 minutes uncovered.
