Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Low fat 2% Milkfat small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cups Pizza sauce
  • 16 slices Turkey pepperoni
  • 1/4 cups Reduced fat mozzarella

Directions

  1. Add cottage cheese and seasonings to a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Dice up pepperoni and add the pepperoni, cheese, and pizza sauce to the cottage cheese.
  3. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until it’s as hot and melty as you’d like.
  4. Feel free to add your favorite toppings!
