This Lightened-Up Pesto Chicken Salad is bursting with fresh flavor! Creamy, herby, and packed with protein—without the extra heaviness. Perfect for a quick lunch, meal prep, or a satisfying snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 Cup basil pesto
  • 2 Tbsp chopped red onion
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with Greek yogurt, pesto, and onion, stirring well until combined.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
