Peanut Butter Protein Balls

This recipe comes together fast and is a great way to sneak in extra protein. It’s naturally sweet with minimal added sugar — plus, it’s perfect for meal prep, making it easy to grab and go!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups of unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of any protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 1/3 cups of old-fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Combine oats, peanut butter, sugar-free syrup, protein powder of your choice, and chocolate chips in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on parchment paper.
  3. Refrigerate until the mixture solidifies. You can store the balls in the refrigerator or freeze them for later use.
