Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

Upgrade your Thanksgiving spread with Parmesan Crusted Potatoes! Crispy, cheesy, and oh-so-delicious—this side dish is sure to steal the show.

Ingredients

For the potatoes:

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the crust:

  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 cup grated parmesan

Directions

  1. Wash and cut potatoes in half, then add them to a large bowl.
  2. Add the first set of seasonings and olive oil to the cut potatoes and toss well. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine grated Parmesan, thyme, and parsley.
  4. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil. Spray with nonstick spray.
  5. Add the Parmesan mixture to the lined pan and spread it in an even layer.
  6. Place potatoes cut side down on top of the Parmesan.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
