Loaded Egg Bake

his delicious egg bake is the perfect way to kickstart your morning with a protein punch. Easy to make and loaded with flavor— it’s everything you need to fuel your day.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 200 grams non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 lb ham
  • 50 grams spinach
  • 3 sweet peppers

Directions

  1. Chop up the vegetables.Cook the ham, if needed.
  2. Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  4. Coat at least a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture in.
  5. Optionally, top casserole with whatever you like.
  6. Bake at 350°F for around 45–50 minutes, or until edges start to brown and center has minimal jiggle.
