Craving comfort food? This lightened-up loaded baked potato gives all the flavor with less calories!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes (baked until barely fork tender)
  • 1 Tbs low fat butter (divide in half)
  • 2 Tbs light sour cream (divide in half)
  • 1 ounce Potbelly Hot Pepper Mix (divided in half)
  • 1/2 ounce shredded cheddar cheese (divided in half)
  • 1 slice Turkey Bacon (cooked, crumbled & divided in half)
  • Chives (chopped)

Directions

  1. Start by halving each baked potato and fluffing the inside.
  2. Then, add all the ingredients listed above to each baked potato.
