Lightened-up Spinach Artichoke Dip

One of my all-time favorite appetizers is Spinach Artichoke Dip, but it can be quite high in calories. So, I decided to create my own 'lightened up' version!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz BlockFat-Free Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Light Mayo
  • 1 Small Jar Artichoke Hearts
  • 12 oz Container Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Light Sour Cream
  • 1 TbspGarlic Salt

Directions

Combine all of the above ingredients in a baking dish, then put it in the oven at 400 degrees F until the sides are bubbling and everything is melted through.
