Light Italian Pasta Salad

A lighter version of delicious classic!
Serves
6
Ingredients
8 oz Pete’s Pasta (low carb)
1/2 a yellow pepper
1/2 a red pepper
1/4 cup red onion
1/2 cup turkey pepperoni
1/2 cup Ken’s light Italian dressing
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While it’s cooling, cut up peppers and onions.
Once the pasta has cooled, add all ingredients to a bowl.
Pour light Italian dressing over the ingredients.
Mix well.
Top with Parmesan and stir again.
Enjoy!
