Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Minced ginger
  • 1/2 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium Green onion
  • 1 tsp. Sesame oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the green onion and sesame oil in a large pot for the stove, a slow cooker, or an Instant Pot that has a low setting.
  2. Cook on low for 2.5 hours.
  3. To serve, top with fresh chopped green 3 onion and a small splash of sesame oil (optional).
