This Instant Pot Rice Pudding is comfort food without the constant stirring. Just set it, let the pressure do the work, and enjoy a warm, nostalgic dessert that feels like a hug in a bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Long Grain Rice
  • 2 1/3c Barista Lovers Oat milk
  • 1c Water
  • 7oz Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions

  1. Combine rice, water and milk in the Instant Pot and use the ‘Porridge’ setting (alternatively you can use 10min on High Pressure with a 10min Natural Release).
  2. Check the valve and release anyextra steam pressure, then remove the lid.
  3. Next, stir in 1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk and add the oat milk until it is your desired consistency is reached.
  4. Serve hot or cold. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg if you like or add raisins or other fruit.
