Ingredients

  • 12 oz Extra Meaty Pork Loin Back Ribs
  • 4 Tbsp Sugar Free Hickory Flavored BBQ Sauce

Directions

  1. Thaw ribs (if needed) and trim any excess fibrous material from the bones.
  2. Season with your choice of dry seasoning.
  3. Measure 1 cup of water into the pot liner. Add the trivet stand and place the rib rack on the trivet.
  4. Make sure your lid is set to “sealing” and set the pot to 40 min on High Pressure. Allow it to Natural Release for 10-15 minutes after.
  5. Remove ribs from the pot and brush on your favorite BBQ sauce. Many people like the G Hughes Sugar Free range.
  6. *Optional* If you like, give the ribs 5-10 minutes under the broiler to finish them up and caramelize the BBQ sauce a bit. Split the rack and serve with your favorite sides- I chose a sweet potato and peas. (My sides not included in macros and BITES)
