Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Taco Seasoning

Directions

  1. Place cottage cheese and diced tomatoes with green chilies into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the cottage cheese mixture to a large bowl and add the taco seasoning and shredded cheese. Mix well until combined.
  3. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until cheese is fully melted.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite chips or veggies, and enjoy!
