Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups Edamame (in the pod)
  • 1 tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Everything bagel seasoning blend

Directions

  1. Cook the frozen edamame in the microwave according to the package directions based on your device's wattage.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic, oil and soy sauce.
  3. Add the cooked edamame and mix thoroughly.
  4. Top with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  5. The soy should be salty enough but add a bit of sea salt needed.
  6. Top with a sprinkling of Everything but the Bagel Seasoning or some sesame seeds if you like.

NOTE: You can roast the edamame after steaming, but it tends to dry them out. For the best texture and flavor, it’s recommend to enjoy them just steamed as described above.

Enjoy!
