These frozen fruit and yogurt parfaits are a great portion-control snack to have on hand!

Ingredients
3/4 cup granola
1 1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt
1 cup your choice of fruit
Directions
Line a muffin pan with liners and add about 1 tablespoon of granola to each cup.
Chop the fruit into small pieces and divide it evenly among the cups. Spoon yogurt evenly into each cup over the fruit, then top with the remaining fruit.
Freeze until solid, then let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
