Ingredients
1 egg
1/4 cup reduced fat feta crumbles
1 zero net carb tortilla
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp chili oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a nonstick skillet, add oil over high heat.
Add the feta cheese and create a well in the center.
Crack the egg into the center of the well.
Season with salt and pepper. Turn the heat down to medium-low and cover with a lid until the cheese is golden brown and the egg has set. About 2-3 minutes.
Top the heated tortilla with the feta egg and drizzle with chili oil.
