Feta Egg Breakfast Taco

Have you seen the viral feta eggs recipe? This is perfect for a holiday morning breakfast!

Serves

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat feta crumbles
  • 1 zero net carb tortilla
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a nonstick skillet, add oil over high heat.
  2. Add the feta cheese and create a well in the center.
  3. Crack the egg into the center of the well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the heat down to medium-low and cover with a lid until the cheese is golden brown and the egg has set. About 2-3 minutes.
  5. Top the heated tortilla with the feta egg and drizzle with chili oil.
