Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1 cup Sugar Free Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 cup Diet Coke

Directions

  1. Add chicken to slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder over chicken.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together Diet Coke and BBQ sauce. Pour mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Remove chicken and shred it. Add it back to the slow cooker and stir everything together.
