Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups 98% Fat free cream of chicken condensed soup
  • 16 tbsp. 1/3 less fat Neufchatel cheese
  • 9 cups Shredded hash browns
  • 1 oz. Classic ranch salad dressing & recipe mix
  • 4 cups Chicken broth

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except cream cheese into CrockPot.
  2. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  3. Dice cream cheese and add to CrockPot and let cook for 20-30 minutes more, until cream cheese is melted.
  4. Serve with toppings such as bacon bits, cheese, or chives (optional; more BITES, calories, and/or Net Carbs).
