Classic Cheeseball Phyllo Cups

Did you grow up loving the classic cheeseball? These are reminiscent of that, but lighter!

Ingredients

  • 15 Mini phyllo cups
  • 4 oz. Light cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp. Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 small Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. Chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tsp. Chopped fresh parsley
  • Pinch of Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Stir in minced garlic, chopped chives chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon 1-2 tsp. of the herb and garlic filling into each phyllo cup.
  4. You can stop there, or top each cup with a sprinkle of more parsley, chive, chopped pepperoni, beef, walnuts, pecans, or your favorite topping!
