Ingredients

  • 2 cups Jasmine rice
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 10 1/2 oz. Condensed cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free)
  • 10 1/2 oz. Condensed cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
  • 10 oz. Water
  • 1 pouch Onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Mix together the uncooked rice, cans of soup, and the water. Add to a greased 9 x 13 inch dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.
  3. Sprinkle the chicken with the soup mix.
  4. Cover tightly with foil and cook for an hour and a half at 350°F, until chicken is cooked through.
