Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. Swerve sweetener
  • 1/4 cup Fresh fruit

Directions

  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a wife mouth Mason jar (or any container you prefer) and add your fresh fruit on top.
  2. Refrigerate for 4 hours up to overnight.
