Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Onions
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Pound Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions

  1. Slice chicken breast thin, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and olive oil.
  2. Cook the chicken on the grill about five minutes per side.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, combine the diced tomatoes, diced onions, diced jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and season to taste with salt.
  4. Once the chicken is fully cooked through, top with your homemade salsa and serve.
