Bell Pepper Tuna Melt

Ingredients

  • 1/2 TspGarlic Powder
  • 2 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • 1/4 TspPepper
  • 6 TbspNonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 TspSalt
  • 1Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 CanTuna
  • 1/4 Red Onion

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine tuna, greek yogurt, seasonings, and diced onion.
  2. Spoon the tuna mixture into a halved bell pepper.
  3. Top with sliced cheese.
  4. Place under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown then serve.
