Protein Packed Breakfast Bowl

I am a big cottage cheese lover and I enjoy it more on the savory side! Plus this is PACKED with protein!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 CupGood Culture Cottage Cheese (2%)
  • 1 Thin n Trim Spicy Italian Chicken Sausage Link
  • 1/3 CupRoasted Tomatoes
  • 2 Eggs (soft boiled)
  • Everything But the Bagel
  • Seasoning Salt Pepper Scallions

Directions

  1. First start by cooking eggs to a soft boil.
  2. While eggs are cooking, sauté chicken sausage.
  3. In a bowl add the cottage cheese.
  4. Place the chicken sausage and tomatoes on top.
  5. Add the egg and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with scallions and everything but the bagel seasoning.
