Crispy Breakfast Tacos

These tacos are so versatile and will for sure be a hit at your home for breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cup Egg Beaters
  • 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Fat Free Refried Beans

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390F. Cook and season your eggs, then set aside.
  2. Place the corn tortillas down and smear the fat-free refried beans on each half of the tortilla. Add the eggs followed by the cheese.
  3. Close the tortillas and place on a parchment-lined air fryer tray or basket. Spray the tops of the tortillas and add another basket or tray on top to prevent from opening.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes and remove top tray.
  5. Continue cooking until golden brown and flip tortillas and brown other side.
  6. Enjoy once crispy on both sides.
