Spicing up the Christmas feast with Chef Allie’s festive Cranberry Jalapeño Dip!

Ingredients

  • 16 OuncesGood Culture 2% Cottage Cheese
  • 1 CupNonfat Greek YogurtFresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 TspGarlic Powder
  • 1/2 TspOnion PowderBlack Pepper to Taste
  • 2 PacketsStevia
  • 2Jalapenos
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion
  • 3/4 CupChef Allie's Cranberry Orange Sauce (Recipe at chefallieskitchen.com)
  • 2 Scallions

Directions

  1. Take the cottage cheese and place into a food processor and blend until creamy.
  2. Cut the red onion into small dice and set aside.
  3. De-seed the jalapeños and chop into small pieces and set aside.
  4. Take the whipped cottage cheese and add to a large bowl.
  5. In that same bowl, add the nonfat Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, black pepper, red onion and jalapeño.
  6. Mix until combined.
  7. Place into a desired serving bowl.
  8. Top with Chef Allie’s Cranberry Orange Sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped scallions and more black pepper.
