Chocolate Orange Muffins

Chocolate and orange together are amazing so why not make muffins with that!

Ingredients

  • 4 Small Bananas
  • 1/4 Cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 CupNonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 CupSugar
  • 1 CupFlour
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Orange Zest
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 60 Lily's No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a bowl add the bananas and mash completely.
  3. Add the egg whites, egg, yogurt, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, almond milk, 1/2 the orange zest, orange juice, vanilla and salt.
  4. Scoop out the batter into a greased muffin pan or use cupcake liners.
  5. Add chocolate chips on top of the batter with remaining orange zest.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Let cook for about 10 minutes and enjoy!
