Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Light cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Reduced fat sharp cheddar shredded cheese
  • 1 oz. Ranch seasoning
  • 1 lb. Cooked chicken breast

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Shred cooked chicken (can also use two large cans of chicken in place of freshly cooked.)
  3. Mix everything in a mixing bowl except 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9x9” casserole dish.
  5. Top with the rest of the cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it’s nice and bubbly!
  7. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies!
