This Breakfast Pancake Bake is the ultimate all-in-one breakfast. Soft pancake batter bakes into a fluffy base, layered with savory turkey sausage, eggs, and sharp cheddar cheese, then lightly sweetened with sugar free syrup. It is hearty, comforting, and easy to prep ahead, making it perfect for busy mornings, brunch gatherings, or a grab-and-go breakfast throughout the week.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sugar free syrup
  • 2 cups Buttermilk flapjack & waffle mix
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 lb. Turkey sausage

Directions

  1. Cook sausage and set aside.
  2. Mix pancake mix and water and add to a greased 9x13 pan.
  3. Top with cooked sausage.
  4. Beat the 6 eggs and add on top of sausage and pancake mixture.
  5. Top with cheese.
  6. Cook at 400°F for 30 minutes, or until eggs are cooked through.
