Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp. Ground nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp. Melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 1 lb. Frozen blueberries (approx. 3.5 cups)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a greased 8×8 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl whisk together oats, pecans, spices, coconut oil and maple syrup until combine.
  3. Pour frozen berries into bottom of the pan. Layer crumble topping evenly on top of berries.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until berries are soft and crisp topping is golden brown.
