Salad base:

For the salad base:
1. Brown your ground beef. Add salt and pepper.
2. Chop up lettuce, onion, and pickles and place in a large bowl.
3. Add the ground beef and cheese to the veggies in the bowl.
For the dressing:
1. In a separate bowl, mix together light mayo, ground mustard, dill pickles (with some juice), white vinegar, onions, and sugar.
2. Pour dressing over the salad, mix well and serve.
