Big Mac Salad

A Big Mac dupe with way less calories! Yum!

Serves

Ingredients

Salad base:

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 4 c. Lettuce
  • 1/2 c. Onion
  • 1/2 c. Nonfat cheese
  • 1/4 c. Dill pickles

Dressing :

  • 3/4 c. Light mayo
  • 4 tsp. Ground mustard or regular mustard
  • 2 tbs. Dill pickles (with some juice)
  • 1 tbs. White vinegar
  • 2 tbs. Swerve sugar
  • 2 tbs. Red onion

Directions

For the salad base:

1. Brown your ground beef. Add salt and pepper.

2. Chop up lettuce, onion, and pickles and place in a large bowl.

3. Add the ground beef and cheese to the veggies in the bowl.

For the dressing:

1. In a separate bowl, mix together light mayo, ground mustard, dill pickles (with some juice), white vinegar, onions, and sugar.

2. Pour dressing over the salad, mix well and serve.
