Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Fat free cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 32 oz. Fat free refried beans
  • 8 oz. Light cream cheese
  • 1 cup Fat free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Fat free mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Start by mixing the yogurt and the softened cream cheese until combined.
  3. To your mixture, add the refried beans and taco seasoning and mix again.
  4. Add your mixture to the bottom of a sprayed 9x13 inch pan.
  5. Add the two cheeses to the top (Spray with spray butter or cooking spray if you would like, to help fat free cheese melt, this may add additional BITES/Calories/Net Carbs, depending on your plan and how long you spray).
  6. Cook 25-30 minutes at 350°F until cheese is melty and bubbly.
  7. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
