Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup strong coffee
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 scoop protein shake
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup ice
  • 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup (optional)

Directions

  1. Brew your favorite coffee over a glass filled with 3/4 cup of ice cubes.
  2. In a blender, blend the frozen banana and pre-mixed protein shake. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Immediately pour the banana milk over your coffee. Serve with a pinch of cinnamon if you like.
