Ingredients

  • 2 medium Bananas
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas and then add the remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix until batter forms.
  3. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to scoop the batter onto a hot skillet or griddle.
  4. Cook until done.
  5. Top with syrup if desired and enjoy!
