Baked French Toast Sticks

Morning cravings, meet your match! These Baked French Toast Sticks are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and totally guilt-free with keto-friendly bread and almond milk. Perfect for dunking in syrup, dipping in yogurt, or enjoying on their own. Bake, flip, and indulge without the stress!

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 12 slices Keto bread
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and either line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or spray extremely well.
  2. Whisk together sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl mix together eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Cut each slice of bread into 3 even pieces.
  5. Dip each piece in the egg mixture and make sure to get as much excess off as possible. Set on baking sheet.
  6. Once all the bread has been done (you may have to do this in 2 batches depending on how big your baking sheet is), sprinkle with a little bit of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add any syrup you would like once done.
