Ingredients

  • 1 Hass avocado
  • 1 Tuna pouch
  • 1 Spreadable light cheese wedge
  • 1/4 cups Shredded cheese blend
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp. Everything bagel seasoning

Directions

  1. Cut your avocado in half and remove the pit. Leave skin on. (TIP: Weighing and tracking by grams will give the most accurate calorie/BITE count.)
  2. If you’d like, hollow out the inside to make more room for filling. Add lemon juice (optional).
  3. In a small bowl, combine your tuna pouch with the cheese wedge.
  4. Fill the avocado with the tuna mixture. Top with everything bagel seasoning.
  5. Transfer to an air fryer or oven safe dish and top with the cheese.
  6. Air fry on 400F for 8 minutes or bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool a bit and be careful handling.
