Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25-oz.) Yellow boxed cake mix
  • 2 tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp. Ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. Ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. Ground allspice
  • ½ tsp. Ground cloves
  • 1 can Apple pie filling, sugar free

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a Bundt pan (or 9×13-inch pan).
  3. Empty the dry spice cake mix into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Lightly mash the apple pie filling with a fork so the apples are in small chunks.
  5. Add the mashed filling to the cake mix and stir until combined. No eggs, no oil needed!
  6. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
