Ingredients

  • 1 pouch tuna
  • 1/2 avocado, mashed
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional: squeeze of lemon

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard.

2. Mix until creamy and well combined.

3. Season with salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice to taste.

4. Serve immediately in lettuce wraps, on whole-grain crackers, or as a quick salad.
