5-Minute “Bagel Bites”

These little bites are reminiscent of a bagel and the perfect little snack! Pair with your favorite fruit for a well balanced meal or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 Low-carb tortilla
  • 2 tbsp. Whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. Sugar-free jam
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Spread 2 tbsp. whipped cream cheese evenly over the surface.
  2. Dot 2 tsp. sugar-free jam over the cream cheese.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat with a light spray of cooking oil.
  5. Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down in the skillet.
  6. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the filling is melted.
  7. Remove from the skillet and let cool for 1–2 minutes.
  8. Slice into 1–2 inch pieces to create “bagel bites.”
