Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (or thighs), boneless & skinless
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • Salt & pepper to taste (optional, not counted in 5 ingredients)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place chicken and broccoli on the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over everything and sprinkle zest on top.
  4. Toss broccoli lightly and rub chicken with seasonings on both sides.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
  6. Serve immediately.
