Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions

       1.         Preheat oven to 400°F
       2.        Mix honey + Dijon, brush over salmon.
       3.        Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt & pepper (optional).
       4.        Place salmon and asparagus on a baking sheet. Bake 12–15 min until salmon is cooked.
                   Enjoy!
